New UI ideas

• Touch & drag on icons to change size, opacity… (Infinite Painter)
• UI that tucks away, with gesture or button to make it appear, especially on small devices (Artflow)
• Notches in sliders for precise preset values (Procreate).
• Buttons with short press for common action, and long press for less common actions (these buttons should be visually distinct from regular buttons, example: long-press redo creates a redo layer, long-press undo clears the layer)
• Ability to assign a key to any UI button
• Ability to assign a key + stylus movement to sliders
• Quick pinch to reset zoom+rotation (Procreate)
